I know... my husband Tom was diagnosed with Stage IV colorectal cancer in September 2016 and passed away in October 2017. Throughout his illness, I prayed and did whatever I could to make him feel more comfortable. In memory of Tom, I started the “Comfort with Cancer” Go Fund Me campaign. It quickly raised over $20,000 with the generous donations of my family and friends. My intention is to offer cancer patients the items that provided real comfort to Tom.
